Standup Paddleboard Rentals

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF NON-

MOTORIZED RENTALS

• Rental hours are 10am-7pm.
• Lessee of each unit must be 18 years of age.
• Minors 17 years of age or younger must have a parent or legal guardian complete a rental contract and release waiver.
• US residents – Valid automobile Drivers License or ID Required
• International Residents – Valid automobile Drivers License Required or ID Required
• All non-motorized rentals are restricted to the No Wake Zones of South Fork Reservoir.
• Life Jackets are required to be worn at all times.
• Life Jackets are included with rental.
• Late returns will be charged in 10 minute increments @ $10.
• Participants must meet the following physical requirements:
• Participants must be able to swim.
• Fit into Life Jacket with a maximum chest size of 60 inches.
• Enough agility to lower yourself into a kayak and hoist yourself out of the water back onto vessel.
• Max weight on kayaks 500 pounds per manufacturer’s specifications.
• Max weight on stand-up paddle boards 230 pounds per manufacturers specifications.
• Rentals must be returned in same condition.
• Cleaning & service charges may apply.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Prices subject to change.
• Further restrictions may apply pending weather conditions.
• Other restrictions, terms and conditions may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Half of the reservation is due at time of booking. Other half will be due at check in.
• No refunds will be issued 72 hours prior to the reservation day.
• Refunds will only be issued the day of the reservation if H2GO Watersports is closed due to inclement weather.
• Same day cancellations and/or no shows are charged in full.
